Never. U9 support will not contact you first, and will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, verification codes, full card number, or security code for any reason.
Common scams include someone posing as support and messaging you directly, asking for your code to "fix an account problem" or "unfreeze funds", or asking you to send money to an address. If this happens, stop the conversation and check with us through the in-app chat.
Note: When you send screenshots to support, cover any personal information that is not relevant, and never post full account records in public groups.
