How Do I Top Up My U9 Visa Card?
- On the Card page, choose the U9 Visa Card you want to top up, open Card details, and tap Top up.
- Enter the amount. The minimum per top-up is 1 U9.
- Check the top-up amount, network fee, and total. When everything is correct, submit the transaction.
- After you submit, follow the status in your U9 Visa Card balance and in Transaction History.
Note:
- Top-ups use the U9 balance in your wallet. Make sure you have enough U9 for the top-up and the network fee.
- U9 does not currently charge a top-up fee, but on-chain transactions have a network fee.
- Top-ups are processed on-chain and usually arrive within 30 minutes, depending on network conditions.
How Do I Withdraw My U9 Visa Card Balance to My Wallet?
Here, Withdraw means moving the balance on your U9 Visa Card back to your Abelian wallet. It does not mean taking out cash.
- On the Card page, choose the U9 Visa Card you want to withdraw from, open Card details, and tap Withdraw.
- Check the Abelian wallet address that will receive the funds.
- Enter the amount. The minimum per withdrawal is 1 U9. Check the details and submit the transaction.
- After you submit, follow the status in Transaction History.
Note:
- If you manage more than one wallet in the Abelian app, check the receiving wallet address carefully so the funds go to the right wallet.
- Your U9 Visa Card balance is withdrawn to your wallet as U9. U9 does not currently charge a withdrawal fee.
- Withdrawals are processed on-chain and usually arrive within 30 minutes, depending on network conditions.
- A transaction usually cannot be reversed once submitted, so check the wallet address and amount before you confirm.
How Do I Add My U9 Visa Card to Apple Pay?
Before you start, make sure your U9 Visa Card is active and your iPhone has a passcode set.
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Tap + in the top right corner and select Debit or Credit Card.
- Enter the card number, expiry date, and security code manually.
- Read and accept the terms.
- Complete verification. The verification code is sent to Notifications in the app.
- Once verified, your U9 Visa Card appears in Apple Wallet.
How Do I Add My U9 Visa Card to Google Wallet?
Before you start, make sure your U9 Visa Card is active, your phone has a screen lock, and Google Wallet is available in your country or region.
- Open Google Wallet and tap Add to Wallet.
- Select Payment card, then New credit or debit card.
- Enter the card details manually.
- Check the cardholder name, card number, expiry date, security code, and billing address.
- Tap Save and accept the issuer's terms.
- Complete verification. The verification code is sent to Notifications in the app.
- Once verified, your U9 Visa Card is added to Google Wallet.
How Do I View My U9 Visa Card Details?
- Open the app and complete the security check with Face ID, your fingerprint, or your wallet password.
- Go to Card and choose the U9 Visa Card you want to view.
- Tap View to see the card number, expiry date, and security code (CVV).
Security tips:
- Never share your full card number, security code, or verification codes with anyone, including someone claiming to be official support.
- Do not take or share screenshots that show your full card details.
- Only enter your card details on websites, apps, or merchant pages you trust.
Why Hasn't My Top-up Arrived Yet?
- Check in Transaction History that the top-up has been submitted and confirmed on-chain.
- Network congestion can cause delays, so please wait a little longer.
- If it has not arrived 30 minutes after you submitted it, contact official support with the transaction hash (TxID) and the order details.
Why Hasn't My Withdrawal Arrived Yet?
Abelian wallet:
- Check in Transaction History that the withdrawal has been submitted and confirmed on-chain.
- Check the wallet address that receives the funds. If you manage more than one wallet, look in the right one.
- Network congestion can cause delays, so please wait a little longer.
- If it has not arrived 30 minutes after you submitted it, contact official support with the transaction hash (TxID) and the order details.
