About the U9 Visa Card

The U9 Visa Card is a virtual Visa card issued by a third-party card issuer that lets you use U9 for everyday payments. You can shop online, pay for subscriptions, and book travel with merchants that accept Visa. You can also add your U9 Visa Card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet and pay in stores that accept contactless payments.

Here is how it works:

1. Top up your U9 Visa Card with U9 from your wallet.
2. Pay online or in store wherever Visa is accepted.
3. If you need your card balance back, withdraw it to your wallet.

You can use your U9 Visa Card on most websites, apps, and in stores that accept Visa, including:

• Online shopping
• Video, cloud, and software subscriptions
• Flights, hotels, and other travel bookings
• App stores, gaming platforms, and advertising
• In-store contactless payments, once the card is added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet

Please note: Whether a payment goes through depends on the merchant's acceptance policy, your billing details, the country or region, and risk controls. Some merchants may not accept virtual, prepaid, or digital asset-related cards.

The U9 Visa Card is currently virtual only, so there is nothing to post and no delivery address to enter. A virtual card cannot be used for ATM withdrawals, physical card payments, or transactions that need a PIN.

To pay in stores, add the card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet and use it wherever contactless payments are accepted.

Residents of the following countries and regions cannot currently apply for or use the U9 Visa Card. This list may change based on the latest compliance requirements.
