Once your identity is verified, you can apply for your card. The application and the first top-up happen in one step.

On the U9 home page, tap Apply for a new U9 Card.

Enter your first top-up amount (minimum 1 U9).

On the transaction summary page, check the amount, network fee, and total, then tap Confirm.

When Transaction submitted appears, follow the status in Transaction History.

Your new card appears on the Card page once the issuer confirms your billing information.
Note: 1) The card issuance fee is USD 0. Your first top-up goes to your card balance and is not a fee. 2) You can leave the application at any time before you tap Confirm. Once you confirm, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. 3) Keep the app open while the transaction is submitted.
