My Payment Was Declined. What Should I Do?

Check these in order:
  1. Make sure you have enough card balance and your card is not frozen.
  2. Check that the card number, expiry date, security code, and billing address are correct.
  3. Make sure the merchant and your region support Visa virtual cards.
  4. Avoid submitting the same payment several times in a short period.
If the payment still fails, note the time, amount, and currency, take a screenshot of the error, and contact support.

Common reasons a payment fails:
  • Not enough card balance, including any fees
  • The card is frozen
  • Incorrect card details or billing address
  • The payment is over a card limit
  • The merchant does not accept virtual, prepaid, or digital asset related cards
  • Your region or the merchant's region is restricted
  • The payment was stopped by a risk review
