On the U9 home page, open Identity Verification.

Fill in your personal details exactly as they appear on your ID.

Tap Front of ID and Back of ID to upload photos of each side.

Tap Selfie with ID and upload a clear photo of yourself holding your ID.

Check your details and photos, then tap Submit for review.

Check the result in Notifications.
Note: During business hours on working days, reviews are usually completed within 30 minutes. Submissions made on non-working days are processed on the next working day.
