You can leave the application at any point before you confirm on the summary page, and nothing is charged until then. Please use that page to review the amount and the network fee before you confirm.
Once you confirm, the application and the initial top-up cannot be cancelled or reversed.
The card issuance fee is USD 0. The initial top-up you enter is separate from that fee and funds your new card rather than paying for it.
If something looks wrong after you have confirmed, for example the application seems stuck or the status is not what you expected, please contact support. Keep your order number and a screenshot of the status page so we can check it for you.
