Common Reasons a U9 Card Payment Fails

These are the most common reasons a payment does not go through:

  1. Insufficient card balance, including the amount needed to cover any fees.
  2. The card is frozen.
  3. The card number, expiry date, security code, or billing address was entered incorrectly.
  4. The payment exceeds a limit on your card.
  5. The merchant does not accept virtual, prepaid, or digital asset related cards.
  6. Your region or the merchant's region is restricted.
  7. The payment was held for a risk control review.
  8. A temporary network or connection problem.
