Why Is the Amount I Received Different From What I Sent?

If your numbers do not match, it is usually because of one or more separate items:

  1. Withdrawal or network fees charged by the platform you sent from.
  2. The Gasless fee, which is deducted from the transfer amount.
  3. The 0.3% service fee when you redeem U9 into USDT or USDC.
  4. The 0.02 ABEL fee on each Abelian chain transaction.
  5. On card payments: the 0.5% cross-border fee, the Visa exchange rate, the authorization fee, and the 0.2% Apple Pay or Google Pay fee, where they apply.

Swapping into U9 has no service fee, and card top-ups and withdrawals have a 0% fee. If the numbers still do not add up, send your order number, the amount you sent, and the amount you received to support, and we will help check.
