Can I Have More Than One U9 Account?

Yes. You can have more than one account by switching accounts with a different email address (see How Do I Switch Accounts?). Each account has its own cards and balance, and nothing is transferred between them.

Card limits and identity verification are tied to the identity verification rules. A single verified identity can apply for up to 5 cards in total.
