Don't be discouraged, this happens and it is usually easy to fix. The most common reasons are a blurry or cropped photo, glare covering part of the document, an expired document, a name that does not match the document, or a selfie where your face or the document details are not clearly visible.
Check the rejection reason shown in the app, then try again with a clearer photo.
