How Do I Apply for a U9 Card?

Once your identity is verified, applying for your card only takes a few steps. Please keep the app open until the end, because the transaction needs a moment to be prepared and submitted.

1. Open the app and go to the Card tab in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap Apply for a new U9 Card.
3. Check your available balance and enter the initial top-up amount. The minimum shown on the page is 1 U9.
4. Review the initial top-up and total amount, then tap Apply for U9 Card.
5. On the transaction summary page, take a moment to check the amount, recipient address, network fee, and total.
6. Tap Confirm, and keep the app open while the transaction is prepared, signed, and submitted.
7. Once Transaction submitted appears, you can follow its status in Transaction History.
8. Your new virtual card will appear on the Card page once the issuer confirms the account information.

A submitted transaction generally cannot be reversed, so it is worth double-checking the amount and network fee before you confirm.
